A local Credit Union, with 3 branches in Bucks County, PA and 275 million in assets and over 15,000 members seeks an energetic professional to join the team as  full-time Member Relationship Specialists.  The Member Relationship Specialist will build on the relationships with current Credit Union members by understanding their needs and suggesting credit union products and service to address those needs. The Member Relationship Specialist will be responsible for building a trusting and honest relationship during each member interaction, both inside and outside of the Credit Union.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Open New Credit Union Accounts and Service Existing Accounts
  • Assist Members with Transactions and Account Questions
  • Promote Credit Union Products and Services in a Consultative Manner
  • Build Strong Relationships with Credit Union Members
  • Represent Credit Union in a Courteous and Professional Manner
  • Assist Loan Department with Consumer Loan Applications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate's Degree or Higher Preferred (High School Diploma Required)
  • Minimum 1-3 years customer service and/or sales experience
  • Financial Services industry/Banking/Credit Union experience preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of Financial Services/Banking industry
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

The Finance Director is responsible for providing leadership and coordination for financial planning and budget management, including directing all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to the general ledger, receivables, payables and financial reporting, as well as banking. Responsible for startup, development and implementation of financial systems and controls that will govern the financial aspects of the company.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in accounting/finance
  • BS or MS in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
  • CPA license preferred
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently
  • High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Strong written, verbal and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
  • Experience with major accounting software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the finance and accounting department including billing, credit and collections, accounts payable and payroll.
  • Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues through financial analysis.
  • Take a leadership role in key commercial projects and other strategic transactions.
  • Provide strategic guidance around capital financing options to support growth needs.
  • Participate in the development of strategic plans and programs as a trusted business partner.
  • Establish creditability with senior management as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
  • Develop and coordinate banking relationships, as required.
  • Leads external audit coordination.
  • Maintain compliance with all accounting policies and systems, ensuring that records are maintained in accordance with GAAP.
  • Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations.
  • Manage the preparation of the annual budget, subsequent financial outlooks and covenant forecasts.
  • Prepare management reporting as required to effectively support the business; monitor expenditures; identify variances and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage shared services and other vendor services (payroll) as required.
  • Ensure all financial compliance regulations are being adhered to as required by federal, state and local rules and regulations.
